These Terms of Service apply to services provided by Grand Matrix LLC, a U.S.-based AI infrastructure services company. By engaging with Grand Matrix LLC, customers agree to use our services responsibly and in accordance with applicable laws.

Services

Grand Matrix LLC provides AI infrastructure coordination, model deployment support, API integration support, cloud infrastructure planning, and managed technical operations for business customers.

Customer Responsibilities

Customers are responsible for providing accurate business information, using services for lawful business purposes, protecting their own account credentials, and ensuring that their applications and data usage comply with applicable requirements.

Acceptable Use

Customers may not use our services for unlawful, harmful, abusive, infringing, deceptive, or security-compromising activity. We may suspend or decline service when use creates legal, operational, or security risk.

Payment and Service Terms

Commercial terms, pricing, payment timing, and service scope may be agreed separately in written order forms, invoices, or customer agreements.

No Warranty

Services are provided on a commercially reasonable basis. Grand Matrix LLC does not guarantee uninterrupted service or error-free operation unless separately agreed in writing.
