Grand Matrix Limited （瀚雲有限公司） ("Grand Matrix", "we", "us") is a company incorporated in Hong Kong. This policy explains how we handle personal data in connection with our website and our AI model API services. We handle personal data in accordance with the Personal Data (Privacy) Ordinance (Cap. 486) of Hong Kong.

2. Data we collect

• Contact and account data: names, company names, business email addresses and similar details provided when you contact us or enter into a service agreement.
• Billing data: invoicing and payment-related records.
• Usage records: API usage metadata such as timestamps, request volumes and model selections, used for metering, billing, security and abuse prevention.
• API content: prompts and outputs transmitted through the API are processed in order to route and fulfil requests. We do not use client API inputs or outputs to train models.

3. How we use data

We use the data described above to provide and operate our services, meter and bill usage, provide technical support, protect the security and integrity of our services, prevent abuse, and comply with legal obligations.

4. Sharing

We share data only as necessary: with third-party model and infrastructure providers in order to deliver the API services; with professional advisers; and with authorities where required by law. We do not sell personal data.

Our services rely on infrastructure and providers located outside Hong Kong, and data may be processed in other jurisdictions in the course of providing the services.
